This Subscription & Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions for subscription and credit package refunds for GenBanner ("we", "our", or "us").
Only one active subscription is allowed at a time. If you need to subscribe to a different service, you must cancel your current subscription renewal and wait for it to expire, or contact customer service to cancel your current subscription.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year, with credits distributed monthly.
Users can cancel their subscription renewal on their profile page or by contacting customer service.
After canceling renewal, automatic billing will stop in the next billing cycle, and membership benefits remain valid until the current subscription period expires.
After subscription cancellation, users will no longer be able to use the service, and credits will also become unusable.
Subscription refunds are only supported within 7 days of the subscription billing date.
Refunds are only available when monthly credit usage does not exceed 50%.
The refund amount will be reduced by the proportion of credits already used in the current month. For example, if 30% of the monthly credits have been used, the refund amount will be 70% of the monthly subscription fee. If more than 50% of the monthly credits have been used, no refund will be provided. We will also deduct the corresponding handling fee from the refund amount.
